Electronic Products Recycling Association (\u201cEPRA<\/strong>\u201d, \u201cour<\/strong>\u201c, \u201cwe<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0or \u201cus<\/strong>\u201c) recognizes the importance of protecting the Personal Information (as defined in section 2) that you provide to us. Accordingly, we have established this Privacy Policy that describes how we protect, collect, use, communicate, keep and destroy Personal Information, whether or not collected by technological means.<\/p>\n

As we are a national organization, this Privacy Policy is designed to meet the standards prescribed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act<\/em> and the regulations there under (\u201cPIPEDA\u201d) as well as the applicable provincial privacy legislation and regulations, including, the Personal Information Protection Act<\/em> (Alberta), the Personal Information Protection Act<\/em> (British Columbia), and An Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector<\/em> (Qu\u00e9bec). Accordingly, this Privacy Policy applies to all EPRA affiliated websites (collectively the \u201cWebsites\u201d).<\/p>\n

Please note that our Privacy Policy is subject to revision. The privacy statement published below is our most current policy and is date stamped at the bottom of the page.<\/p>\n
